Tattoo Care Tips

Here is a short list of tattoo care tips that should help you keep your tattoo's looking new longer:

Do not remove the bandage for at least 3 hours

The area that has been tattooed most be washed with light soap twice per day. You should use your hand only to wash the area.

The Tattooed area should be pat dry with an unused towel after it has been washed. Do not rub the towel on the tattooed area.

For the first 3 or 4 days you should use antibacterial ointment after the tattooed area has been washed. Only small amounts of antibacterial is required.

Avoid scratching the tattooed area.

You can start using skin lotion after 3 - 4 days.

Tattoos will peel after the first couple of days, but you should avoid helping it along the way. allow it to peel by itself.
